Question: Do you deal with cases that needs of other professionals?
Answer: In many cases we work on we do managerial and coordination task with other professionals (psychologists, economists, etc.). Many of them are contracted by us and other by the client, who we work with it very closed.

Question: How do you distribute the cases to the lawyers?
Answer: If the client do not has any preference to any lawyer, the Firm President give the case to the lawyer with he considers that fits better with the case and client. The most important thing is that between lawyer and client has to be a trust relationship.

Question: How do you use to work with clients?
Answer: Do you give advice when the problem comes or permanently? That depends on clients. Many of them want a permanent advice. We consider that that is the best option, because allows saving money to the company doing prevention tasks. Other time we just give advice or defend the company on trial when the problem comes.

Question: What other services do you offer?
Answer: Our clients have the free service of being informed of the new regulations and changes on Labour Law. Even we arrange meetings in order to inform the clients (the H.R.M. or all the managers) about the changes in the matter.

Question: What experience do you have?
Answer: The main lawyers of the office have more than 30 years experience. Every lawyer that is hired by the firm, before having any contact with clients, has to do a training stage that it last a minimum of 2 years. After wards starts the second phase where the new lawyer he gets more responsibility and always gets the support of other senior lawyers.
