The Lawyer's office Martinez Aynat was established in 1989 by lawyers with a large practice in Labor Law. Afterwards it grew up incorporating new lawyers and new areas of law; Commercial Law, Civil Law and Administrative Law to be exact.

Nowadays it is composed of 17 lawyers, 14 of them take up Labor Law exclusively, and 2 economists.

Among our clients we have numerous companies from EU contries (France, Germany, Italy,...) and non-EU countries (USA, Japan,...) as well.

We manage our services to achieve the adaptation to the changing Human Resources rule's frame of the companies, no matter their size, activity area and siting place. Always working with a reciprocal complete confidence between client and lawyer, we rely on an organization's model that tries to guarantee the quality of our services.

Our head office is located in Barcelona, to be exact in Paseo de Gracia, n.48, 1st and 2nd bis 1st, and it offers services to all over Spain.
